I believe the clergy usher (far left of back row of photo, with usher pole in right hand) is Thomas Frank Saunders (my Great Uncle) - b. 26/11/1899 d. 19/10/1980. Married to Kate (nee) Beeching, and father of Graham Saunders (also in front row of this photo) & Deidre Saunders.

From a previous photo submitted to this site, photo #397 from Hilary Mitchell, the Vicar (centre of this photo) appears to be Rev. George Hill.

Front row left to right my brother Turpin Derek Haffenden, Popper Alan Pope, Graham Saunders, my brother Alan Haffenden, ?
Middle row left to right I think it's Patsy Beeching, ?? I think it's Nanny Pat Pat Gawn, the Rev George Hill, I think it's Pat Tiltman, Eileen Coleman, Beryl Cutting and I think the other vicar is Captain Barlowe who lived in the Village Hall Cottage.
Back row left to right Frank Saunders Graham and Deidre's dad, Ernie Goddard Faith and Michael's dad, Bert Hedgler he and his wife Nellie owned the Post Office and shop, then far right back row was George Caister was Audrey and Jean's dad.
