Rye Harbour's lost saltmarsh

Locate the Martello Tower (top centre) and the red-roofed hut (bottom centre) and you can see how much the landscape around the village has changed. The extensive saltmarsh is being re-created by the Environment Agency - work started in Sept. 2010.
