Blue boulderer ?

This is someone probably unloading blue boulders from boats ? He also features in picture #232

This gentleman looks very much like Frank Tonbridge in his younger days ie the husband of Ma Tonbridge who used to run the Harbour TEA ROOMS beside the railway terminal. I believe the TEA ROOMS were knocked down and the Lestocqs built their new home on the site.
